I’m not super picky with all the coffee details, so my basic test is: does it taste strong, smooth, and make me want another cup? This espresso definitely passes. It’s been a really easy way to get that café-style vibe at home without overthinking it.

I got my Casabrews machine mostly for morning lattes, and the milk frother has been better than I thought it would be. It heats up quickly and gives me a nice thick foam instead of those big airy bubbles my old frother used to make.
It did take me a couple tries to figure out the right angle for the steam wand, so I’m wondering if anyone else had the same issue at first. Once I got the hang of it, though, making cappuccinos at home got way easier and they actually look decent now

Ordering from casabrews.com was easy. The pages loaded without any drama, which I definitely appreciated in a very calm and not-at-all impatient way. I found the coffee machine I wanted quickly without having to click through a million things, and checkout was clear enough. The only thing I’d mildly complain about, in my very peaceful state, is that the product filters could be a little better. Overall though, it was a good experience.

My machine broke while it was still under warranty, and getting a replacement turned into a whole saga. Support did respond, so it wasn’t a complete ghost town, but the ‘please repeat yourself’ department kept asking for the same info over and over. Not the worst experience ever, just really annoying and way slower than it needed to be.

I’ve been using my CASABREWS machine for a few months now, keeping it clean has been painless. The drip tray slides out easily, and the removable parts aren’t a pain to rinse off or put back.

I just descale it when the light pops on, and so far everything’s been working like it should. No weird taste, no pressure problems, nothing like that. The manual was clear enough too, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing what to do.
Maintenance probably takes me around 10 minutes, give or take, which I’m totally fine with for making coffee at home every day. Overall, I’m happy with it

I got frustrated waiting for a reply. When they finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve much, so I was left feeling like, seriously? Not a great customer service experience.

I wasn’t expecting much at this price, because usually that’s how you end up with something that rattles like it was assembled during a coffee break. But this machine actually feels really sturdy. No loose parts, no cheap shaky bits, and the handle locks in properly, which is apparently not too much to ask after all. I’ve been using it every day for a few weeks and it still looks basically new. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and happy with it so far.

I pick up a couple extra parts for my Casa Brews machine and was a little worried they won’t fit right. But they all matched up fine, the portafilter basket and tamper both works good. The site was easy enough for checking what go with my model. I’m happy with it so far.
